Each Heads & All Threads managed system is tailor made to your requirements. Our commitment is that each managed system will combine quality products, timely delivery and technical support into a uniquely designed system that will steam-line your current production operations and lower your total acquisition costs. Kan Ban, Just In Time, and Direct Line Feed are all philosophies we understand and operate.

How a Managed System would be Installed and Operated 1.   The Heads & All Threads logistics team will conduct a site visit and ascertain your requirements. An initial plan will be prepared which covers quality requirements, stock locations, bin quantities, bin and rack sizes, frequency of replenishments etc. 2.   The plan will be reviewed by your key contacts, amended, agreed and finalised prior to installation. 3.   Racking and bins will be provided if required and installed at agreed locations (we usually operate two bin system at point of use). 4.   Initial sample inspection reports can be provided for parts supplied (PPAP also available if required). 5.   Any Surplus stock can be purchased and removed by Heads & All Threads. 6.   When a bin requires replenishing a Heads & All Threads representative scans the bin. 7.   Item picked at Heads & All Threads warehouse and delivered for next visit. All parts delivered will have full batch traceability. 8.   A single consolidated monthly invoice will be produce for all deliveries. 9.   Usage report available by area or product range on request.
