Packing, Kitting and Sub Assembly

We have invested significantly in automated packing machines to enable us to offer a cost effective bespoke kitting and packaging service for our customers.

Our kitting service enables our customers to subcontract non added value activities and to free up staff to concentrate on production tasks.

Each pack or kit will include the customer part number and batch tracability and can be used by our customers for spares requirement (both current and aftermarket) and off site assembly projects.

We also offer a specialist sub assembly service to customers looking to sub contract basic assembly tasks to enable them to release production space and streamline production.

Heads & All Threads design engineers offer our customers an individual support service to seek ways of minimising the total cost of assembly.
