In order to control plating specifications we have a salt spray cabinet and a plating thickness tester (Fischer).   For the measurement of material strength and hardness we own Rockwell and Vickers hardness machines together with a tensometer.  Torque analysis can be carried out with our Comos Torque computer with transducers and printer allowing us to produce instant torque v time graphs.

Shadowgraphs , electronic microscopes linked to our computer system means we can e mail detailed pictures around the world and a whole range of standard measuring equipment allows us to test most fixings and applications.
